Lecture with Dr. Jesse Payne

On Thursday November 20th, Dr. Jesse Payne, author of Change your Brain, Change your Life, hosted an interactive lecture on brain health and functions at Cambridge College. During the event, students and members of the community joined Dr. Payne for discussions centered on how we treat and prevent behavioral and mental health challenges. Cambridge College faculty member Dr. Barbara Reid helped to coordinate the event. On the event, Dr. Reid stated, “It is important, in very concrete ways to begin to understand why it is so important that we take care of our brains and what happens when we don't.”
